Nothing is wrong with your account. Impact.app does not have one shared login, because each organization runs its own private community at its own address.

Your organization's community lives at its own address, in this shape: your-org.impact.app. If your church, nonprofit or company told you where to sign in, use that. If you are not sure, ask whoever invited you, or tell us below which community you are trying to reach.

Your sign-in link arrives by email once we have built your platform, typically within 1-2 business days. You do not need to sign in before then.
