Impact.app publishes church pricing in two plans, both at introductory rates: Growth Track Essentials at $99 per month and Growth Track Pro at $249 per month. Both are month to month with no setup fee, no member cap, and no per-member charges; members never pay for the platform. Every plan includes setup done for you: your branded platform is built and ready within 1-2 business days. Nonprofits and companies have their own pricing page, starting at the same introductory $249 and scoped upward from there. Premium member subscriptions, paid events, courses, and giving are not included in Essentials or Pro. Those revenue tools come with Complete, which is scoped in a conversation.

No. The monthly price is the whole price. No setup fee, no onboarding charge, no per-member cost.

No. Both plans include unlimited members. Your whole congregation can take assessments without changing your price.

Yes, anytime. Both plans are month to month with no contract. If it is not serving your church, you stop paying.

Never for the platform. Your church covers the subscription, and members take assessments and see their results at no cost. If you add Complete and choose to sell event tickets, courses, or premium content, that is your revenue, on your pricing.

Yes, on Complete. Premium member subscriptions, event tickets, on-demand courses, and giving campaigns come with Complete rather than Essentials or Pro. You choose the pricing and what each tier unlocks. You set the pricing. The revenue is yours.

If you are a church or qualifying nonprofit, we do not take any transaction fees. You connect your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its processing rate directly to you. Churches that qualify can apply to Stripe for discounted nonprofit pricing (2.2% + $0.30 per transaction). We take no percentage of your giving.
