Impact.app is an AI-powered growth track platform for churches. It digitizes the growth track (also called next steps, connections, or a discovery class): members take DISC, spiritual gifts, personality, and skills assessments in minutes on their phones, and pastors see where every person is on the track, with AI-suggested matches and next steps. Built for churches of roughly 500 to 5,000 in weekly attendance, plans run $99 to $249 per month at introductory rates, and Impact.app works alongside Planning Center and other church management software through CSV import and export.
